About Grounded Path

Steady ground for the next chapter.

Most people do not need to be fixed. They need a safe place to stand, a clear set of expectations, and a community that holds the same standards they are trying to hold for themselves.

Our approach

Recovery-oriented, grounded, and human.

Grounded Path Sober Homes is a recovery residence: drug- and alcohol-free housing for adults working a program of recovery.

We are not a treatment center and we are not a hospital. We are a home with structure, built so the place where you sleep, eat, and rest actually supports the work you are doing everywhere else.

The approach is simple. Clear agreements. Honest accountability. Calm, predictable days. And staff who lead with respect, because shame has never kept anyone sober.

What we stand on

The principles behind the house.

i

Dignity first

Everyone here is met as a capable adult. Rules exist to protect the household, not to punish.

ii

Structure that holds

Curfews, quiet hours, chores, and routines. Not busywork. The scaffolding that helps new habits set.

iii

Peer accountability

Residents support and check on each other. Recovery is easier in a room full of people who get it.

iv

Honesty over perfection

Progress is the goal, not a flawless record. We would rather you be honest than pretend.

v

Connection to resources

We point you toward meetings, programs, and local supports. Lots of wells to drink from, on your terms.

Specific amenities and house features vary by location and are confirmed during your intake conversation.

Who this is for

A fit for people ready to do the work.

Grounded Path is a good fit for adults committed to recovery and ready to live inside a structure that supports it. That includes people stepping down from treatment, people rebuilding after a relapse, and people who simply need a stable, sober place to live while they get their footing. Our houses are structured as same-sex living spaces, which creates safety and privacy during the early work of recovery.

We welcome referrals and support for residents of all backgrounds, regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or familial status. Recovery housing is for everyone who is ready.

A note on what we are not

We do not provide medical care, detox, clinical treatment, or therapy on site. When those things are needed, we help you stay connected to the providers who do. Living here works best alongside your own recovery program.
